The Russian version is the primary one; this is its equivalent.

These are the rules RazDva works by. By accepting them on the consent screen you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If something doesn't suit you — don't use the app, or delete your account: Profile → Account → Delete account.

1. What RazDva is and who makes it

RazDva is an app for coaches and their clients: programs, workouts with a player, steps, measurements, progress photos, a knowledge base and chat with your coach.

RazDva is made by Maksim Merkulov (Max), a private individual in Thailand. In the App Store and Google Play the developer is listed as razdva.app. Below, "we" means Max and RazDva. Contact — support@razdva.app.

2. Who can use RazDva

  • You must be at least 18 years old — or older, if the law of your country requires it.
  • A client joins RazDva by a coach's invitation (a link or a code) or by a transfer code from the Telegram version. A coach joins after our approval: for now RazDva is open to coaches by invitation.
  • One person — one account. Don't create an account for someone else and don't hand yours over.

3. Your account

  • You can sign in with Apple, Google or an emailed code. Keep your phone and email safe: whoever controls them can get into your account.
  • If you think someone else has signed in to your account — Profile → Privacy → Devices → Sign out on all devices, and write to us.
  • Enter real workout and measurement data — your coach builds your programs from it.

4. Not medical advice

  • RazDva is not a medical device and doesn't replace a doctor: it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
  • Talk to a doctor before you start training, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant or are returning after a long break.
  • If something hurts, you feel dizzy or unwell during a workout — stop. In an emergency, call emergency services instead of writing in the chat.
  • Programs, advice and chat replies come from your coach, not from RazDva. Whether they suit you is for you and your coach to decide — and, if in doubt, your doctor.

5. Coach and client

  • A coach is an independent professional. RazDva gives coaches tools but is not a party to your arrangement and is not responsible for the quality of their services. If your coach isn't Max, they don't act on behalf of RazDva.
  • Payment for sessions between coach and client happens outside the app. Session packs and coaching periods in RazDva are records only, not payments.
  • Either of you can end coaching. Then the coach no longer sees your data, your program stays with you as it was, and the chat becomes read-only for both of you.

If you are a coach, you agree to:

  • use clients' data only to coach them and not pass it on to anyone;
  • enter an offline client's data (a person coached without the app) only with their permission;
  • not present your advice as medical prescriptions;
  • upload only videos, texts and images you have the rights to;
  • follow your country's laws on coaching and on personal data.

6. Your content

Workouts, notes, photos, messages and questionnaire answers are yours. For coaches, so are programs, own exercises, videos and articles.

You allow us to store, process and show this content to the people it's meant for (you, your coach or your clients) — solely so that RazDva works. This permission lasts while the content is in RazDva and ends when you delete it or your account (subject to what the "Delete account" page says).

By uploading content you confirm that you have the rights to it and that the people in your photos and videos don't object.

7. What's not allowed

RazDva has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not:

  • insult, threaten, bully, harass or demean anyone on the basis of sex, ethnicity, religion, orientation, appearance, health or age;
  • send sexual content without the recipient's consent, or any content that sexualises minors;
  • encourage violence, self-harm or actions dangerous to health;
  • sell or advertise illegal substances, prescription drugs or doping;
  • send spam, advertising or scams;
  • impersonate another person;
  • share other people's personal data, photos or messages without their consent;
  • infringe copyright — for example, upload other people's videos or programs without permission;
  • hack the app or the server, bypass security, reverse-engineer the app, or bulk-download data or exercise animations.

8. Reports, blocking and moderation

  • To report a message or photo — long-press → "Report"; to report a person — the ⋯ menu in the chat → "Report".
  • You can block the chat (⋯ menu → "Block"): neither of you will be able to write in it; coaching itself continues.
  • Messages are automatically checked against a banned-words filter.
  • Max reviews reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks the rules and may warn, restrict or suspend the offender's account — without warning for serious violations.
  • If your content was removed by mistake — write to support@razdva.app and we'll look into it.

9. Exercises and app materials

Exercise animations, texts, design and code of RazDva belong to us or are used under licence from their authors (see Profile → Credits and licenses). You may use them only inside the app: copying, downloading and distributing them is not allowed.

10. Money

  • RazDva is free for clients.
  • Paid plans for coaches will come later — through the App Store and Google Play, under their payment, cancellation and refund rules. Price, period and auto-renewal will be shown before purchase. We'll update these terms before then.

11. How the service works

  • Workouts work offline: what you log is sent once you're back online.
  • We work hard to keep RazDva running and your data safe — we make backups. But the service is provided "as is": outages, maintenance breaks and bugs happen.
  • We may change, add and remove features. If we remove something important, we'll warn you in advance and let you download your data.

12. Liability

  • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injuries or harm to health from training, for a coach's advice, or for indirect losses caused by app failures.
  • This doesn't limit the rights your country's law gives you that can't be waived by contract (for example, consumer rights).

13. Deleting and suspending accounts

  • You can delete your account at any time: Profile → Account → Delete account. You have 7 days to change your mind, then the data is erased — details on the "Delete account" page.
  • We may restrict or suspend an account for breaking these terms (section 7) or where the law requires. Unless prohibited, we'll tell you why and let you download your data.

14. Changes to these terms

If the terms change materially, the app shows a "The terms have changed" screen with a short summary. You can accept the new version — or decline it and delete your account right from that screen.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, the country where Max lives. If you use RazDva as a consumer, you keep the protection given by the law of the country where you live.

Please write to support@razdva.app first — most issues are solved by email.

16. Contact

support@razdva.app. In the app: Profile → Report a problem, or Contact support.
