The Russian version is the primary one; this is its equivalent.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open Profile → Account → Delete account.
- Read what will be erased. Want to keep a copy? Tap "Download my data first".
- Confirm. Before that, the app tries to send workouts that haven't reached the server yet; if some can't be sent, it tells you how many will be lost.
- You're signed out on all your devices right away.
- You have 7 days to change your mind: sign in the same way and tap "Cancel deletion" — everything comes back as it was. Signing in alone doesn't cancel deletion — only that button does.
- After 7 days the account and data are erased. This can't be undone.
The same path deletes the account when you withdraw a required consent (Profile → Privacy → Consents) and on the "The terms have changed" screen — with "I don't accept — delete account".
How to delete your account without the app
Email support@razdva.app from the address you use to sign in to RazDva, with the subject "Delete account". If you sign in with Apple and a hidden email, we can't link an email from your real address to the account. The easiest way then is to install RazDva, sign in with the same Apple ID and delete the account in the app — it takes a minute. If that doesn't work for you, write from any address and we'll suggest another way to confirm the account is yours.
Within 3 working days we'll start the same deletion with 7 days to change your mind and reply by email. You can change your mind by replying to that email or with "Cancel deletion" in the app.
What gets erased
- Profile: name, email, gender, profile photo (together with the files), language, sign-in methods, consents, device sessions.
- Workouts with sets, records, level, points and achievements.
- Steps, step goals and measurements.
- Progress photos — together with the files.
- The questionnaire for your coach — at every coach, including previous ones.
- Your chat with your coach — on your side and your coach's, including photos.
- Programs assigned to you.
- Your reports and blocks, app events, support requests and error reports sent from the app, sign-in codes.
- Offline profiles merged into your account: history your coach kept before inviting you, and data moved from the Telegram version.
What your coach sees. For 7 days — a "deleting account" mark in their client list (only a coach whose coaching with you hasn't ended). After that you disappear from their list, and your chat and their notes about you are erased.
Sign in with Apple. We revoke RazDva's access to your Apple ID. You can check in iPhone Settings → your name → the sign-in and security section → Sign in with Apple.
You can use the same email and Apple ID for a new account later — but the old data won't come back.
If you are a coach
- All coaching ends. Your clients keep their workouts, measurements, photos, their current program — as it was — and points for articles they've read. Instead of you they'll see "Deleted account".
- Chats with clients disappear on both sides.
- Erased: your public profile, program templates and drafts, invitations, notes about clients, settings, notes and videos on library exercises, offline clients (unless another coach coaches them), and your own workouts, steps, measurements and photos.
- Knowledge base articles go to the archive empty: text, covers and images are erased.
- Your own exercises stay in clients' programs and history — with their name and technique description, but without videos and images.
What stays, and for how long
- Database backups — up to 4 weeks, then overwritten automatically. If the database ever has to be restored from a backup, we'll erase deleted accounts again.
- Other people's reports about you, your messages or photos — stay as a marker without text. It's a moderation record required by App Store rules.
- Videos in the video storage (a coach's own exercise videos and set videos) are erased together with the account. If the video storage doesn't answer at that moment, we retry every hour until they're gone.
- The Telegram version. Data in Max's former Telegram bot is a separate system; deleting your RazDva account doesn't touch it. Photos and attachments moved from the bot still sit in the bot's storage. To erase those too — write to support@razdva.app.
- A phone on which the app wasn't opened during those 7 days won't erase its data by itself: the data stays on it until you delete the app. To erase it — delete RazDva from that phone. A phone opened during those 7 days erases everything on its own.
- The "My data" file, if you saved it, stays wherever you saved it: it's your own copy now. Photo links in it stop working within 7 days at most.
- Emails to support are kept in the support mailbox for 2 years — we'll delete them earlier on request.
- Error reports in Sentry — without name or email, normally without texts (rarely an error's description holds a fragment of what was on screen) — expire on their own within 90 days.
- Anything other people saved themselves (for example, a screenshot of a chat) is outside RazDva; we can't erase it.
- A subscription (once paid coach plans exist) won't be cancelled automatically — cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
Deleting some data without deleting the account
- Progress photos and measurements — one by one, in the app.
- Questionnaire answers — "Delete answers" in the questionnaire, or withdraw the questionnaire consent (Profile → Privacy → Consents): the answers are erased at every coach.
- Your own messages — within 24 hours of sending.
- Steps from Apple Health and Health Connect — turn off access in your phone's settings; steps that already came in stay until the account is deleted.
- Anything else — write to support@razdva.app, and we'll erase what can be erased without breaking the app.
Questions — support@razdva.app. More about data — in the Privacy Policy.
